Sales Manager for Education Market

Will you be the new face of Eromesmarko in the UK ?

Eromesmarko is the leading and most innovative educational furnisher in the Netherlands with over 100 years of experience and more than 100 committed employees. Our values are reflected in all our designs and products, from a chair in a nursery to cabinet wall in a university with everything else in between for primary and secondary schools. Our focus is on sustainability, quality and innovation. We are proud of what we make and are constantly looking for ways to support and stimulate educational innovation. We do this with intelligent new insights and designs, by taking a different perspective and by doing things differently. Education is constantly evolving, so we consider it a challenge to offer the right concept for every educational vision.

For years, Eromesmarko has been successful with this approach in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany and now we also want to introduce our method to the UK market. Following positive experiences with pilot projects in the UK, we have recently opened a showroom in London, and in the coming years we want to gain a foothold in the Midlands and Southern Counties as well as the rest of the UK. We want to support and assist educational institutions to create flexible and modern furnishings that are a perfect match for the pupils and students of today and prepare them for the labour market of tomorrow.

Your Challenge and Role

To achieve our ambition, we are looking for a pioneer who will independently start building a solid network in England (Midlands area and Southern counties) expanding to the rest of the UK over time. You will be supported in this process from the Netherlands and you can also rely on the colleagues of our sister company, Nomique in Telford. As an Sales Manager for the Education Market, you are the face and the ambassador for Eromesmarko. Together with our interior architects, you will translate specific educational needs into an appropriate furnishing concept. You are responsible for building and expanding long-term relationships with dealers, educational institutions, (interior) architects, facility procurement agencies and educational consultants.

The extra hours worked can be taken as leave at another time).

  • Enthusiastic colleagues
  • Team training and relevant courses and training programmes
